1. The product
MapleAI is Windows software that plays a game character automatically based on what is shown on screen. It is sold as a license for a limited time or with no expiry, according to the plan chosen.
2. Private servers only
The software is meant for private servers only: a server the buyer runs, or a server whose operator allows automated tools. The software blocks itself against servers that aren't local. You may not use it, try to get around the block, or modify the software in order to use it on the game's official servers or on any server that forbids it.
3. Buyer's responsibility
The buyer is responsible for how they use the software, for following the rules of the server they play on, and for any result of that use, including game account bans. The software is provided AS IS, with no promise that it fits every server, client or PC.
4. The license
One license is for one PC. It binds to the first PC that activates it. You may not sell, rent or share the license. We may revoke a license used against these terms, without a refund.
5. Payment and invoice
Payment is one-time, in US dollars, by credit card through a licensed processor. Buyers outside Israel pay no VAT (export of services); buyers in Israel pay 18% VAT on top of the plan price. The country you choose at checkout is printed on the invoice, which is emailed after payment in English. Buying again extends the license.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Because the license is delivered as soon as payment clears, purchases are not refundable unless the law requires otherwise. [This policy has not been finalized by the site owner yet]
7. Changes and contact

8. Trademarks
MapleAI is an independent product and is not affiliated with Nexon. MapleStory is a trademark of its owner and is mentioned only to describe compatibility.
9. Free trial
The installer is free to download, and each computer gets one free 60-minute license as a gift, once, with no account and no payment; these same terms apply to it, and we may close the trial at any time.
