What we keep
Account details: email, name, phone, country, and a tax number if you gave one for the invoice. Orders: plan, amount, VAT, the card's last four digits and an approval number. Licenses: the code, its expiry and the machine id it was activated on.
What we don't keep
Full card numbers and CVV are never stored by us: they go straight to the payment processor. Game screenshots, settings and AI keys stay on your PC and are never sent to us.
What the app sends
On activation and the daily check it sends the license code, a machine id (a hash that reveals nothing about the PC) and the app version. Your IP address is used only for rate limiting and isn't stored with the license.
Use and sharing
Your details are used to provide the service, issue invoices and give support. They are shared only with the payment processor and the invoicing system, and are never sold.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at support@agudot.com. Order and invoice records are kept as the law requires.
