Draft — this document requires legal review before launch and is provided for preview purposes only.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how AGUDOT, operated by [Company Name Ltd.] (the "Company", "we"), collects, uses and protects personal information in connection with our website and service. We process personal information in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: your full name, email address and password. Passwords are stored as a cryptographic hash only — we never store your password in plain text.
Billing information: payments are processed by Tranzila, our payment processor. Your card number is held by Tranzila and is not stored on our servers. We keep only a payment token, the last four digits of the card, the card brand, and your invoices.
Facebook connection: when you connect your Facebook account, we store access tokens in encrypted form, along with identifiers of your ad accounts and pages and performance data of your campaigns.
Site analysis data: the address of your website and the content our system analyzes from it (such as products, texts and images) in order to build and optimize your campaigns.
Usage data: activity logs of actions performed in the dashboard and by the automation, technical data such as IP address and browser type, and any correspondence you have with our support.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information in order to: provide and operate the Service; build, manage and optimize advertising campaigns on your behalf; generate advertising creatives; bill subscription fees and produce invoices; provide support; protect the security of the Service and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations; and improve the Service.
4. Third Parties and Processors
We share information with the following service providers, only to the extent required to operate the Service: Tranzila (payment processing and card storage); Meta Platforms (creation and management of campaigns in your ad account); Anthropic (AI processing of site analysis and content generation); a media generation provider (creation of images and videos); an email delivery provider (transactional emails); and our hosting and infrastructure providers.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Cookies
The Service uses a small number of cookies: an essential session cookie used to keep you signed in (httpOnly), and a preference cookie that remembers your language choice. We do not place third-party advertising cookies on our site.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, the data is deactivated and then permanently erased within a reasonable period, except for information we must retain by law — for example, invoices and billing records, which are retained for seven years in accordance with Israeli tax law. Technical logs are retained for a limited period only.
7. Your Rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, you have the right to review information held about you, to request the correction of inaccurate information, and to request the deletion of information, subject to the provisions of the law. You may also withdraw consent to processing that is based on your consent.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@adsautopilot.example (placeholder address — to be replaced before launch). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
8. Security Measures
We apply industry-standard security measures: all traffic to the Service is encrypted in transit (TLS); sensitive tokens, such as Facebook access tokens, are stored encrypted; passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes; access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel and is logged. No system is completely immune, but we work continuously to protect your information.
9. Transfer of Data Abroad
Some of our processors (such as Anthropic and Meta) operate outside of Israel. Transfers of information abroad are carried out in accordance with the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, and only to processors that provide an adequate level of protection.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. In the case of a material change we will notify you by email or through the dashboard. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
11. Privacy Requests and Contact
For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@adsautopilot.example (placeholder address — to be replaced before launch). We aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days.
