Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 2, 2026
Our Commitment to Accessibility
AGUDOT is committed to making its service accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform to Israeli Standard (IS) 5568 and to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.
What We Have Implemented
The site supports full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element and a skip link to the main content. All form fields have descriptive labels, and error messages are announced to assistive technology.
Text and interface colors meet the AA contrast requirements. All meaningful images include alternative text. The site is built with semantic structure — landmarks and a logical heading hierarchy — and fully supports both right-to-left (Hebrew) and left-to-right (English) layouts. Content remains usable when zoomed up to 200 percent.
Known Limitations
Some third-party components — for example, payment pages hosted by our payment processor — are not under our direct control and may not be fully accessible. We work with our vendors to improve them, and this list is reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis.
Feedback and Accommodation Requests
If you encounter an accessibility issue on the site, or need an accommodation in order to use the service, please contact our accessibility coordinator. Please describe the issue, the page on which it occurred, and the technology you were using. We aim to respond within 7 business days.
Accessibility Coordinator
